About Lucy lives with both her parents and her siblings. Her mother is the sole provider for the family as she relies on casual jobs to feed, clothe and educate her children. This though has proved to be difficult for her as the little income she gets is not able to pay school fees for Lucy and her brother who is also in secondary school as well as her other younger siblings who are in primary school. Lucy is a hardworking girl who enjoys studying and hopes to continue with her studies without being sent home for lack of school fees. She hopes to succeed in future and be of assistance to her family.
