About Joy lives with her mother, aunt, grandmother and her younger brother at the grandmother’s place. Her mother is the sole provider for the family as her father abandoned them years ago. She relies on casual jobs for income but due to the low wages she earns she is not able to pay all of Joys school fees and that of his little brother as she also has to use the little money she earns to buy medication for Joys grandmother and aunt who are not physically well. Joy enjoys singing as it makes her happy. She would like to be a doctor in future.
