About Agnes parents work as casual laborer's at a coffee farm far from where she and her other siblings live. Her elder sister looks after Agnes and her other siblings. The little income her parents get is often not enough to pay school fees for Agnes and hence she’s often sent home from school due to having not completed paying her entire school fees thus putting a strain towards her studies as she tends to miss her classes.
